Movement is Medicine

This is a weekly community class designed to celebrate and honor your beautiful body; understand the way it moves with and for you; how it supports you through every aspect of your life and grows with you. As your soul transforms throughout your lifetime, so does your human form, and it deserves nourishment, grace, balance, and breath. The class varies from gentle stretching to a yoga flow, breathing techniques, chakra work, and meditation. Always ending with an affirmation or intention as a healing balm for your mind and heart.

Curated Personal Training Sessions

Our bodies are beautiful guidance systems that help us move through every aspect of life. We must try our best everyday to treat them with the respect and nourishment they deserve as they serve us on our journey through life. I am here to guide you on that journey towards health and wellness by carefully curating a fitness practice that is specific to how you uniquely move, and what your personal fitness goals are.
